Jharkhand Post Graduate Medical Admission Test 2015 for admission to 1st year Post Graduate (Degree / Diploma) courses Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) released the Notification for PGMAT 2015 and Registrations are closed. Now the Candidates those who had applied and Going to appear in the JCECEB PGMAT 2015 Scheduled Exam Date – 15th March, 2015 are required to download by Visiting on its official Website before going to appear in the Examination in the Scheduled Date.
The JCECEB will provide the facility of downloading Admit Cards of P.G.M.A.T. – 2015 on the Board’s website. Candidates are required to download the admit cards from the website and follow the instructions given therein. Candidate may please note that admit cards will not be sent by the post. The Admit Card can be downloaded from Board’s website from 1st February 2015 onwards. Prior to
downloading the admit card, the candidates are required to provide the name and date of birth. The candidates are advised to download their admit cards from Board’s website only.
Any one, who does not receive the Admit card, may personally contact the Office of the Controller of Examination, J.C.E.C.E. Board on the date advertised by Board if he is eligible for the Examination as per Section – 8 of this Information Bulletin and has sent the Application-Form for PGMAT 2015 as per details given in Sections – 11, 12 & 13 of this Information Bulletin.

No intimation will be sent to the applicants, whose candidature for the test has been rejected. Examination Centre, will be mentioned on the Admit card with date and time of the test. Submission of incorrect/ false documents and adoption of unfair means/impersonation if detected at any stage of PGMAT even before or after the publication of the results at any stage shall automatically lead to rejection of the candidature of the applicant for admission. Successful Candidates shall have to appear in person at their own cost for scrutiny and verification of the original Certificates/Documents and Identity in Counselling. Appearance in person for scrutiny of papers during counselling does not entitle a candidate for admission.
During examination, any illegal work is punishable offence under Indian Penal Code. Hence any such candidate who will be found involved in unfair means or will be found in helping others in unfair means or examination will be attended by other examinee in place of him/her, legal action will be taken against him/her under the appropriate sections of Jharkhand Examination Conduct Rules and Indian Penal Code. Such candidates will also be debarred from appearing in all type of examinations
conducted by the Board for the next three years.
15.9 In all matters relating to P.G.M.A.T. – 2015, the decision of the Controller of Examination on behalf of J.C.E.C.E. Board will be final and he will have the power to alter the dates of Examination and Counselling in case of any emergency or unforeseen circumstances. The Controller of Examination shall have the power to correct, rectify and modify any letter or letters, notifications and orders issued by or on behalf of J.C.E.C.E. Board.
A candidate on being finally selected must join the course within the specified date/period, otherwise the candidate will forfeit his claim for admission. If in service, the candidate shall have to resign from service or obtain leave for the whole period of study and get himself /herself relieved before joining the course. Government of Jharkhand reserves the right not to take any admission in any
course and to make any addition/ deletion in the courses as and when required.
Any printing or typographical error during publication or preparation of results will not entitle the candidate for admission. Those who do not turn up for Counselling and the verification of Certificates/Documents in person on the notified date and time, will lose claim for allotment of seats according to their merit. Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board reserves the right to change/ modify/ add/ delete any rule/ information included in the Information Bulletin.
However, Board will take necessary action to make correction in the record later. Candidate must not mutilate the Admit Card or change any entry made therein. Candidates are advised to preserve their Admit Cards in good condition till admission in Colleges/Institutes is over.
