The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) has declared the Higher Secondary Class 12th - 2016 and Higher Secondary Class 12th Vocational- 2016 results. Candidates who have appeared for the exam can check their results at the website, http://results6.cgbse.net. The examinations for Chhattisgarh Board HSC Results 2016 were conducted from February 23 to March 20 this year at the various centers in the state. The exams started with Environment Science and ended with English Language paper. A total of 2, 48,058 students have appeared for the exam this year.
In 2015, 74.88 per cent cleared the board intermediate exams in Chhattisgarh with a total examinee count of of 2.48 lakh students. Shubhangi Choubey of Kawardha district topped with 97.5 per cent and Shreya Sinha of Jashpur secured second spot with 97 per cent. Chhattisgarh Board of secondary education was established on 20th September 2001 just 1 year after the formation of the state.
